Thank you for choosing Gloss Boss Designs! We are a handmade business dedicated to "Personal Luxury" in every detail. Because each item is crafted with care, please review our shipping timelines and policies below:
1. PROCESSING TIMES (THE "GLOSS" TIMELINE)

Standard Orders: Our current processing time is 7 business days. This is the time it takes to hand-prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Custom/Special Orders: Processing for custom designs may take 3–4 weeks. * Note: Weekends and Holidays are NOT included in processing times. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

We primarily ship via USPS/UPS. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and do not include our internal processing time.
3. ADDRESS ACCURACY & REDELIVERY

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

Errors: We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
4. DELAYS & CARRIER ISSUES

Factors Beyond Control: Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, high-volume seasons (Holidays), or weather conditions (e.g., Midwest winter storms).

Liability: Gloss Boss Designs is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been accepted by the carrier.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISPLACED PACKAGES

Risk of Loss: Once your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Gloss Boss Designs is no longer liable for the package.

Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it:

Check with neighbors and all entrance points of your home.

Contact your local post office/carrier branch immediately.

If the package is truly lost in transit (not marked delivered), email us at info@glossbossdesigns.com. We will assist you in opening an official carrier investigation. We do not issue refunds until the carrier investigation is complete.

6. FINAL SALE POLICY
As a reminder, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your selections (especially straw sizes and lid versions) before completing your purchase.
