- Our straw toppers, lid toppers, and phone grips are made from high-quality, durable materials that are safe and eco-friendly. We ensure that everything is designed to last!

2. **Are your products customizable?**
- Yes! We love creating personalized items. Please reach out to us with your ideas, and we’ll work together to make something special just for you.

3. **How do I clean and maintain my products?**
- To keep your toppers and grips looking their best, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the design.

4. **How long will my order take to arrive?**
- Orders typically ship within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

5. **Can I track my order?**
- Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

5.1 At Gloss Boss Designs, we love creating magical combinations just for you!  Please note that our order process may take a little time, as we can't combine orders without first purchasing a shipping label. So, if you receive a shipping notification, don't worry—your order is still getting ready for its journey and may not be in the hands of USPS just yet. Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to ship out your fabulous goodies and for your order to start tracking. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait for you to receive your sparkling treasures! 

6. **Do you ship internationally?**
- Yes, we do! We’re thrilled to share our products with customers around the world. Please note that international shipping times may vary.

7. **What if I have a design idea not shown on your site?**
- We love creativity! If you have a unique idea or design in mind, feel free to reach out. We’re always open to new concepts and collaborations.

8. **Do you accept returns or exchanges?**
- Because most of our items are handmade and often customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

9. **Are your products dishwasher safe?**
No. We recommend hand washing only. High heat and dishwashers can damage 3D printed items, adhesives, rhinestones, or specialty finishes.

10. **Are your straw toppers compatible with all cups?**
We offer different sizes to fit different straw types. Please check our Straw Size Chart before purchasing to ensure the best fit. If you’re unsure, message us before ordering.

11. **Can I cancel or change my order?**
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot make changes.

12. **What happens if my package is lost or delayed?**
Once your order is handed off to USPS, shipping delays are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact USPS directly to open a claim.

13.  **Are these safe for children?**
Our products are not intended for children under 3 years old. Small parts may present a choking hazard.
