REFUND POLICY

At Gloss Boss Designs, we take pride in the "Personal Luxury" of our handmade products. Because our items are custom-made or made-to-order, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the highest quality for all customers.

1. NO-RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the custom, artisan nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or customer error (such as ordering the wrong size topper for your lid). We strongly encourage you to consult our Straw Size Chart and product descriptions before completing your purchase.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS

The only exceptions to our no-return policy are items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., you received a different design than what was ordered).

  • Inspection Window: You must inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported to info@glossbossdesigns.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

  • Required Evidence: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  • Condition: If a return is authorized, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly excluded from returns, exchanges, or refunds:

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Any item made to your specific color or text specifications.

  • Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or during a promotion are "Final Sale."

  • Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

4. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you believe you are eligible for an exchange, please contact us at info@glossbossdesigns.com. Authorized exchanges will be for the same item only, subject to current processing times.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of an authorized return or exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item to us, unless the error was on the part of Gloss Boss Designs (e.g., wrong item sent).

6. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved after we have inspected the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email.

  • A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10-20 business days.

  • If you have not received your refund after 25 business days of approval, please contact us at info@glossbossdesigns.com.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU)

Please Note: Gloss Boss Designs does not currently ship to the European Union. Consequently, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our Services at this time.
